As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Accounting Specialist to join our team and support the financial operations that power our growth.

Position Overview

The Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team with reporting and operational processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys both structure and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

  • Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and vendor/customer reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures

  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records

  • Prepare expense reports and credit card reconciliations

  • Support payroll processing and commission tracking

  • Assist with financial reporting and audits

  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting support

  • Improve and document accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams

Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles

  • Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
