Job TitlePerforms a variety of tasks to support the Controller. Performs several different functions of accounts receivable and assists as a department backup for accounts payable, payroll and purchasing. Represents, exemplifies and supports the management and mission of all Woods companies.Essential Job FunctionsAssists in all Accounts Receivable functions including collectionsAssists in Account Reconciliations and Data Entry Entering timely and accurate information into QuickBooksPayroll and Purchasing assistance as neededPrepares financial reports weekly: Aging ReportInventory Count SpreadsheetBackup to Accounts Payable, Inventory, Purchasing and Payroll functions as neededGeneral administrative duties including filing, organizing etc.Regular and punctual attendance.
