What will you do? Enter and update financial data in accounting systems with accuracy while maintaining organized financial records and filing systems Assist with processing invoices, payments, receipts, and basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness Reconcile basic discrepancies and report issues to senior team members Assist in preparing routine financial reports, summaries, payroll data, and expense tracking Respond to basic vendor and customer billing inquiries while following established accounting procedures and company policies More about you Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business is preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits, invoices, and ledgers Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas General computer and data entry skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus Ability to handle confidential financial information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Shift details Weekdays as needed Days #J-18808-Ljbffr
