Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team at our Kia of Dayton location

. The Accounting Clerk processes all vehicle transactions. Verifies costs, including costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons for the accounting department, stocks in new units and tracks vehicle receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Three locations AP/AR
• Reconciling AP statements
• Bank deposits for two locations
• Stocking in new and used vehicles for two locations
• Calling on past due AR accounts
• Maintain vehicle inventory reconciliations
• Perform general clerical duties
• Generating and mailing AR statements
• Process Cancellations
  
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 year Accounting degree preferred
• 2-5 years Automotive experience preferred
