Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance. Assist with financial reporting, audits, and forecasting. Evaluate internal controls and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes. Provide training and mentorship to in‑house accounting staff. Implement new accounting tools or software as needed. Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy and integrity. Qualifications (Accounting Consultant): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial consulting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
