Job Responsibilities

• Assist with routine billing activities, including preparing and reviewing billing information
• Support the collection process by helping track outstanding balances and following up on pending items under supervision
• Help prepare, organize, and distribute policy statements and related documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all information is properly entered and updated
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Job Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Current student or recent graduate majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Availability to work full-time, in person
