LHH is assisting our client in their search for an Accounting Manager to join their permanent team. The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting. This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, supervises accounting staff, maintains internal controls, and partners with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial integrity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger management
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements and support audit activities
- Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CPA or CMA preferred
