Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activity.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and process improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax accountants.
The ideal candidate will have project/construction accounting experience.
