To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to John Sadofsky at john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0m.High-end firm looking to build new team quickly due to rapid expansion.Job DescriptionAssist with all aspects of accounting, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, revenue recognition, and various special analyses. Manage all payments made for debts, bank loans, and other large quantities of money. Monitor cash and funding balances. Assist in review and analyze quarterly/annual financial reports. Advise on financial analyses and decision-making matters with management. Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors. Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting. Managing all aspects of the General Ledger. Assisting in the annual budgeting process. Ensuring company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field. Ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of experience in field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license recommended. Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial platform a plus; Access, database, or other system knowledge. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, & budgeting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations. Attention to detail. Able to work well with senior executives and team.
