High-End Firm looking to build new team quickly due to rapid expansion.


Job Description:

·      Assist will all aspects of accounting;, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, revenue recognition, and various special analyses

·      Manage all payments made for debts, bank loans, and other large quantities of money

·      Monitor cash and funding balances

·      Assist in review and analyze quarterly/annual financial reports

·      Advise on financial analyses and decision-making matters with management

·      Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors

·      Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting

·      Managing all aspects of the General Ledger

·      Assisting in the annual budgeting process

·      Ensuring company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field

·      Ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of experience in field

·      Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license recommended

·      Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial platform a plus; Access, database, or other system knowledge

·      Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, & budgeting

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations

·      Attention to detail

·      Able to work well with senior executives and team
