Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Oversee select accounting staff, assign work, and review output. Train staff and provide technical guidance per accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports. Assist with cost analysis, audits, and job cost summaries. Maintain accounting records and enter journal entries. Process payroll, tax reports, and maintain employee records. Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash receipts tracking. Oversee fixed asset depreciation and financial processes. Qualifications of the Accounting Manager Bachelor's in Accounting cost/general accounting in manufacturing. Deltek Costpoint experience
