About the Role and Our Client We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you will support accounting activities at a large plant location, working closely with plant management to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory management, contributing to the plant's financial success. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager : Ensure accurate recording of manufacturing and overhead costs. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze cost variances and assist with monthly financial reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives. Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records. Help manage inventory transactions and cycle counts. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. Qualifications of the Accounting Manager : Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Experience: 6+ years of experience in cost analysis or accounting in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Office, MRP), and the ability to work independently and in teams.
