Accounting ManagerGlobal Business Executive, investor and Foundation President is seeking an Accounting Manager that will be responsible for back-office accounting and operations for business, personal business/finances, estate, personal holding company, some Family Office and Foundation Accounting work. This position reports to the President, focused on direct accounting/financial support of the individual's personal business matters and the Family Foundation. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.The Accounting Manager works in the Executive Offices that support the Principle of a long-established holding company. This role is a newly created position, high profile, hands-on individual accounting role. The Accounting Manager role is unique, seeking an individual with experience working with executives that can thrive in an ever-changing, evolving role where every day is different. Approximate Salary of $120,000 - $160,000 + BonusResponsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Responsible for accounting, tracking, managing and organizing personal accounts, business accounts and the Presidents foundation account. Bank accounts, investment accounts, real estate, etc. Position does not involve making investment decisions (IE on acquisitions, sales, Stocks, Real Estate, etc.) Track and process various personal and business expenses Maintain financial records/financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments Accounting for the President's high-profile foundation Assist with financial aspects of the gifting and record, track and maintain financial records for Gifts Prepare various financial, personal, business and foundation reports Liaison with external business/ investment managers Assist with monitoring and managing banking and bank accounts Reconcile invoices and bank statements, ensuring accuracy Write checks, make deposits and balance bank statements for different accounts, Bank reconciliations Make complex and comprehensive wire transfers, initiate wires for transfers of funds, capital calls, invoicing Assist with business management of some of the individual's estate Function as the point of contact for external and internal correspondence on behalf of the President Coordinate, organize and act as a liaison regarding Tax Paperwork for external Public Accounting Firms (not preparing taxes) and handle tax notices Assist with managing/reconciling trust accounts Handle inquiries for Family Members About the Accounting Manager Opportunity: Tenured employees, most 20+ years Little turnover, employees stay until retirement Very loyal, dedicated employees that are well recognized and appreciated Great rewards, full benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401K, bonus Autonomous, independent role supporting the personal Accounting for the President and also the family's Foundation Very family-oriented office environment Highly successful long-term businesses Great work/life balance, flexibility Ideal Experience for the Accounting Manager Position: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related Broad, hands-on Accounting and/or tax experience Experience working closely with High-Net-Worth individuals, Executives, Foundations, Investors, C-Level, and/or Business Owners, etc. Very detailed oriented and highly organized Adaptable, thrive working in an ever-evolving role Ability to work independently Excellent presentation/communication skills #INMAY2025#LI-SL3
