Segrera Associates is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with leadership and play a key role in revenue accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare accounting experience, including exposure to gross revenue, contractual adjustments, denials, bad debt, and revenue cycle processes. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position with future team management responsibilities. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite/week) in the Orlando area. Candidates must be local to the region or willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities Manage and analyze healthcare revenue accounting functions, including gross revenue, contractual adjustments, denials, and bad debt reserves Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and account analysis Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and processes Support annual audits and provide financial documentation as needed Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting enhancements Assist with mentoring and developing accounting team members as the department continues to grow Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Healthcare revenue accounting experience required Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
