For more information, please visit CIFC’s website at OVERVIEWCIFC Asset Management LLC (“CIFC”) is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Finance and Accounting team. This full-time position is in Radnor, PA and reports to the Senior Fund Controller.Hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office; Friday's remote).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities are as follows:Responsible for accounting and reporting of various CIFC fundsPrepare books and records for the funds and reconcile to the fund administrator recordsAssist with the quarterly financial statement preparation and annual audit processAccount for capital activity, including subscriptions and redemptionsReview accuracy of all portfolio accounts, including valuations and amortized cost basisWork on reporting and analyses to be distributed to InvestorsLiaise with other functional areas of CIFC, including Operations, Compliance, Legal, Tax and Portfolio ManagementCommunicate with other outside service providersResponsible for ad hoc requests and special projects as necessary from managementSKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES REQUIREDA minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in accounting and/or financeExcellent Microsoft Excel skillsPreviously worked with general ledger systemsExperience accounting for direct lending, private debt, syndicated bank loans, CLOs, bonds, or other fixed income securitiesFamiliar with BDCs and/or other SEC registered vehiclesTake initiative and be self-motivatedStrong team player and excellent communication skillsMust be U.S. Citizen or green card holder
