Accounting Manager

We areseekinga hands-on, results-driven Accounting Manager to support and strengthen day-to-day accounting operations while playing a key role in maturing our processes within a recently implemented ERP environment. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a high-impact role with real ownership including the opportunity to help build and grow the accounting team over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee core accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end close activities

• Lead the preparation and review of Monthly and Quarterly financial reports for senior management and external clients

• Drive ongoing optimization, stabilization, and adoption of NetSuite across the accounting function

• Build,maintain, and continuously improve clear process documentation to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer

• Proactivelyidentifyinefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives across accounting functions

• Leverage tools such as Alteryx to support data preparation, integration, reconciliation, and analysis

• Collaborate closely with internal client managers and external clients to ensureaccurate,timely, and actionable financial information

• Communicate clearly and proactively on project status, risks, and deadlines with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Serve as a key contributor in building out the accounting team helping to define roles, onboard new team members, andestablishbest practices

Required Experience & Skills

• 46 years of progressive accounting experience, including time in a Big Four or large regional public accounting firm strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accountingor related field

• Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Strong working experience in NetSuite, including configuration, reporting, and workflow management

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Alteryx or similar data automation tool experience

• Demonstrated ability to document, improve, and scale accounting processes in a growing or evolving environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, client-facing approach

• Proven leadership ability with a desire to mentor, develop, and build a high-performing team

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where processes are still maturing

Preferred Experience

• CPA strongly preferred

• Familiarity withEmburseor similar expense management platforms

• Experience with data mapping, data migration, or ERP implementation/optimization projects

• Background in a client-services or multi-entity accounting environment
