Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.Maintain internal controls, support external audits, and lead continuous improvement across accounting functions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred, not required)5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleIndustry experience in logistics, transportation, or seasonal business environments strongly preferredSolid knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and accounting operations in high-volume settingsProficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesUpon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
