We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Stuart, Florida. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing financial operations and delivering accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process optimization.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations.

• Handle payroll processing with precision, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, plans, and reports for corporate entities and select personal accounts.

• Collaborate with leadership to support long-term planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.

• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes, including software integration and automation.

• Coordinate with external accountants, legal advisors, and tax professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Generate detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.

• At least 6 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a service-oriented or creative industry.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial integration platforms; experience with Advantage Agency Management Software is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Technology-savvy, solutions-oriented, and skilled in automating financial processes.

• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on financial tasks.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential financial matters.
