A Day in the Life A typical day for an Accounting Manager involves leading corporate accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will manage and mentor a team of 4+ professionals, oversee the monthly close process, maintain the ERP system and internal controls, review financial statements, trial balances, reconciliations, and other reports. You will communicate with leadership, participate in audits, resolve issues, and seek process improvements. Your leadership and attention to detail will contribute to our company's financial success and uphold our mission, vision, and values. Ability to work cross-functionally, thrive in a high-volume environment, communicate clearly, and build relationships are essential.
