This role is vital in maintaining compliance and delivering precise financial reports, while also improving efficiency in accounting practices.

Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee general ledger activities, maintaining organized and reliable accounting records.
• Conduct financial statement audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain precise financial documentation.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Analyze financial data and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and ensuring team productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve accounting processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in conducting financial statement audits and account reconciliation.
