We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join Salla’s Controllership Department , reporting directly to the VP of Finance . This role focuses on handling cross-department financial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between finance and other teams, and resolving manual or exceptional financial processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure operational and financial accuracy. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 8 years of experience in accounting or financial operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, data validation). Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows. Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail. Good command of English (written and verbal). Ability to work on-site full‑time at the Makkah office . Preferred Skills Experience with Jira or other ticketing/issue‑tracking systems. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar). Exposure to e-commerce or SaaS business operations is a plus.
