- Onboard suppliers using JDE
- Responsibilities:
- Complete new and updated vendor requests accurately and on time
- Follow SOX-compliant processes for setting up suppliers, HCPs, and employees
- Verify vendor information, including banking details, for accuracy and approvals
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and internal customers
- Resolve supplier setup issues through collaboration
- Ensure timely and accurate SOX compliance in vendor maintenance
- Maintain desk procedures for vendor setup and changes
- Participate in ad hoc projects
