Job Description:
We are partnering with a company on the West Side who is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as an AP Specialist. In this role, you will support the accounting department by managing invoice processing, payments, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting REQUIRED.
- 2 years proven experience in accounts payable or related role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
