Could you be a good fit? We are looking for a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in expansion efforts, supporting core accounting functions, financial planning & analysis within a high-growth environment. This role is 100% onsite near Kittery, Maine.

What will your day look like? As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank and credit card accounts.

• Support accounts payable and assist with audit and tax preparation.

• Streamline financial processes and enhance reporting tools.

• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.

• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and present insights to leadership.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting initiatives.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to special projects.

• Analyze sales trends, customer metrics, and operational performance.

• Assist with financial due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning.

• Support standardized reporting across portfolio entities.


You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.

• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Quickbook), reporting tools, or BI platforms (a plus).

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• The ability to work in a high-growth environment with evolving processes.

• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting findings to leadership.

• A detail-oriented yet strategic approach to understanding business drivers.
