The Accounting Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient financial and accounting services across the cooperative. This position oversees accounting operations in accordance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) accounting practices, GAAP, and internal controls, ensuring transparent and trustworthy financial reporting. You will supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals while coordinating key activities such as financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and treasury functions. Position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years' directly related experience. Prior experience in an electric cooperative or utility preferred.
