Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor at Mohave Electric Cooperative, Inc., located in Bullhead City, AZ. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, utilizing accounting software, and conducting financial analyses to support decision-making. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance Experience with Accounting Software and financial management tools Strong leadership and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
