Compensation To $95K. Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Accounting Systems Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This individual will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, improving operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable working cross‑functionally, and seeks to drive improvements through an accounting lens. Responsibilities Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives, process improvements, and transformation efforts Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness Define business requirements, process flows, and support gap/impact analysis for key projects Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery Communicate findings and recommendations through concise written reports and presentations Contribute to the development and ongoing optimization of analytics tools, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (manufacturing experience strongly preferred) Proven experience leveraging data to solve business problems and drive decision‑making Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently Additional Job Details Seniority Level: Entry Level About Our Process We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
