Experienced Accounting / Administrative PositionBBL Construction Services has a full-time Accounting / Administrative position at our office located in Albany. This is not a remote position. The qualified individual must possess three years accounting and administrative experience. The salary for this position is $24.00/hour to $29.00/hour based upon experience.Qualifications:Must be an analytical personMust be detail orientedMust possess the desire to succeedMust be computer savvy (Sage / Procore / DocuSign experience preferred but not required)Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skillsMust be reliable/dependableBeing a collaborator is a mustKnowledge of (or ability to learn / use) office equipment (copying, scanning, etc.).Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Analyze, review, code and process invoices for approval / paymentMatch invoices with contracts / purchase ordersReview vendors for proper documentationAnalyze vendor statements for discrepancies or issuesCommunicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues as neededAbility to reconcile accountsMaintain accurate recordsProduce financial reports as neededAwareness and understanding of project sales tax statuses and implicationsReview certificates of insurance to ensure complianceAssist with job set-up, contracts, correspondence, etc. as neededProvide full accounting / administrative support to a workgroupFollow accounting procedures and schedules to ensure a consistent workflowAssist at the receptionist desk as needed*Supplemental benefits dental, vision, accident, hospitalization coverage, etc.*Paid Time Off*Paid Sick Leave*Gym on premisesWe offer an extremely competitive benefit package which includes paid time off, medical insurance, 401k and other supplemental benefits.
