Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
- Understand client needs and ensure our staffing services align with their business goals and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and metrics, providing insights for ongoing and future engagement.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of staffing services.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business areas.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, creating a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Develop proposals, present staffing solutions, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and track progress, aiming to exceed revenue goals.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the availability of suitable candidates for client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Provide feedback on service offerings based on client interactions and industry trends to help improve services.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in staffing, recruitment, or a related industry, with a proven record in both account management and business development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the temp staffing industry and workforce solutions.
