Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Swedesboro, NJ for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role involves managing financial transactions, processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reviewing expense reports, and ensuring accurate and timely journal entries. The Specialist will also assist in month-end close processes, and support the overall accounting functions of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate data
• Experience Accounting, including knowledge of general accounting principles
• Capability to prepare and review Journal Entries for accounting purposes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
