Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring an analytical, organized AP/AR Manager, to join our dynamic Accounting team. This role will work directly with our Senior Vice President of Accounting in a fast-paced work environment that manages financials for multiple entities. Identify, review, and resolve accounting, billing, collection, and system‑related issues by partnering with internal teams and vendors, evaluating process gaps, and recommending practical improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across AP, AR, and cash management activities. Prepare, review, and analyze reports and financial statements to identify trends, risks, and variances and provide financial insight that supports organizational objectives and informed decision‑making. Manage, and coach team members through clear accountability, regular feedback, and meaningful challenges. Create a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement while continuing to work with the accounting leadership team to streamline operations. Desired experience 5+ years of AP/AR experience using computerized accounting software, required. 1+ years’ experience managing direct reports, preferred. Familiarity with Yardi, preferred.
