Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid located in Minnesota, only local candidates will be eligible)
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 / Hourly / dependent on applicable experience

We are working with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to add an AP Analyst to support a high-volume, fast-paced accounting team. This role is ideal for a strong Accounts Payable professional who is comfortable owning the AP process and working within ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices
- Perform 2- and 3-way matching
- Code invoices to the general ledger
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and payment issues
- Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain accurate vendor records
- Support month-end close related to AP
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely invoice processing
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
- Experience working in an ERP system required (JDE, MS Dynamics Etc)
- Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage volume
- Proficient in Excel
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
