Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid located in Minnesota, only local candidates will be eligible)

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 / Hourly / dependent on applicable experience

We are working with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to add an AP Analyst to support a high-volume, fast-paced accounting team. This role is ideal for a strong Accounts Payable professional who is comfortable owning the AP process and working within ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices
• Perform 2- and 3-way matching
• Code invoices to the general ledger
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and payment issues
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain accurate vendor records
• Support month-end close related to AP
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely invoice processing

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
• Experience working in an ERP system required (JDE, MS Dynamics Etc)
• Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage volume
• Proficient in Excel
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
