Job Description
DEPARTMENT SYNOPSIS:
Delmarva Site Development, Inc. Accounting department is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flows, both in and out, of the company.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The accounts payable Assistant will manage the accounts payable workflow through the entire vendor invoice process and payment cycle. The AP-Administrative Assistant is expected to ensure compliance with corporate policies to achieve accurate and timely management of vendor payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Process all Job-related Invoices including but not limited to matching with Purchase Orders, Commitments and delivery ticket.
· Entering Invoices in Sage 300 CRE computer system
· Process Monthly Check Run
· Filing AP Check Run
. Setup new accounts payable vendors in Sage
. Obtain W9 form from all vendors
. Obtain and maintain certificates of insurance for all subcontractors and other vendors that perform a “service” on any Delmarva project site
. Monthly reconciliation of all AP vendor statements
. Issuing payments to vendors
. Other Admin Duties as assigned
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
· 3 years Accounts Payable experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and Sage 300

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
