This role involves regular communication with external suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, respond to queries, and ensure timely and accurate payments. The Accounts Payable Assistant will also help with data entry and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within the accounts payable department. Some experience of accounts administration is ideal but no formal qualifications are required. This is a temporary role which is expected to last approx 4 weeks with a possible extention.
