Job Overview: Can we count on you to process vendor payments? Marvin is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll process invoices to ensure accurate, timely payments to our vendors on behalf of our Marvin locations. You'll also be responsible for setting up and maintaining vendor information.  You'll succeed in this role if you're an efficient worker who consistently meets deadlines. If you're an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail, we invite you to apply today.  Highlights of your role: Process and enter invoices in our Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including coding to correct project codes and ledger accounts.Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment using three-way match method. Identify and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.Assist with sales/use tax and tax exemption when applicable.Balance reports and assist with payment processes and banking validation.  Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Ability to work cooperatively with multiple departments, locations, purchasers and vendors.A strong degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.  Also want to make sure you have: Two-year Accounting degree strongly preferred and/or equivalent work experience.Basic bookkeeping and data entry skills  We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin: From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
