This position requires a highly organized and detailed work style.Job Requirements:Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft & Google Office applicationsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesProficient in QuickbooksStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze financial information and identify discrepanciesExperience with general ledger reconciliation is a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbalEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred1-2 years of related experience is preferred.General Duties:Process accounts payable invoices and ensures accurate and timely paymentsReview and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepanciesMaintain and update vendor records in the accounting systemPrepare and process transfers and payments (electronic or manual)Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableCollaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment issues or inquiriesMaintain accurate and organized financial records and documentationAssist with other accounting duties as assignedCompensation and Benefits:PNS offers a competitive compensation package including; medical, dental, and paid time off.Hourly rate based on skill, experience, and tenure of your profession.
