As part of the Lester Building Systems' Accounting Team, this role ensures that daily accounting processes are executed accurately and efficiently.Processing invoices, expenses, payment requests and credit card transactionsSet up vendors and maintain vendor recordsResearch and respond to accounts payable inquiriesReview sales and use tax on invoicesProcessing of 1099 formsAssist with month and year end closing activitiesCompletion and distribution of lien waversMiscellaneous administrative functions as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredAccounting or related business coursework a plusPrior accounting, business or administrative experience is preferredExcellent organizational and analytical skills are requiredExceptional attention to detail and thoroughness is criticalStrong communication skills are necessaryExcellent data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordMust be a team player and highly motivatedFamiliarity with manufacturing and construction process is a plusSalary RangeHourly salary of $20.00 to $25.00. The specific compensation offered to a candidate varies by several factors including relevant work experience, education, certifications and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of this salary range.
