Accounts Payable ClerkWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Jurupa Valley, California. The role will involve handling high volumes of invoices, supporting the AP department, and performing various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable department as needed.Manage the AP inbox and handle electronic invoices efficiently.Perform data entry tasks, including numeric and invoice-related entries.Utilize Dynamics 365 to assist with invoice processing and other financial functions.Conduct coding and matching of invoices, adhering to company standards.Assist in check runs and payment processing.Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.Support the team in reconciling discrepancies and resolving invoice-related issues.Requirements:Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with coding invoices and invoice processing is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including entry-level functions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Ability to handle high volumes of data entry in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication abilities to collaborate with team members and resolve issues.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
