We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to add to our team.Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving more than 18 million AAA members across 24 states.Primary Duties:Process payables for overhead payables.Data entry, interpret contractsFor cash disbursements: process checks, wires, foreign currency and commissionsContact vendors and research any discrepancies or issuesVendor setup and payment method verificationCreate and maintain Direct Deposit and Wire templatesOpen and prioritize incoming mail & email and route for appropriate approval.Other duties as assignedPrerequisites:Accounts payable experience is preferredThorough knowledge of Great Plains & Certify.comStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to work well with people, to include co-workers, management, other departments and customersProfessionalism and discretion is requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelHours/Location: Based in Westlake Village, M-F, Flex schedule availableThe starting pay range for this position is $18.00 $20.00 per hour.Benefits to working at Pleasant Holidays:Medical (with prescription)VisionDentalFlexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off for Holidays, Vacation, and IllnessCompany paid Life InsuranceLong Term Disability401(k) PlanAFLAC PlansTravel Discounts on all Pleasant Holidays packages, Hotel Rooms, Car Rentals, Tours & Activities.
