**Applicants must be able to be onsite M-F in Allegan, MI 49010**Position: Accounts Payable CoordinatorContract to Direct HirePay Range: $19-$23/hrSkills & Experience-Associates degree or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing experience in a high-volume environment - Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) - Excellent organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentJob DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing and processing invoices and financial records for a range of vendors. Responsibilities will include reviewing invoices with discrepancies, daily processing of payment requests, reimbursements, and debit memos, responding to inquiries regarding payment dates, missing payments, deductions, and more, and maintaining open lines of communication between internal and external personnel regarding payment schedules and invoice statuses. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized in a fast-paced working environment, collaborate with various team members, and stay focused while performing certain repetitive tasks. Compensation: $19/hr to $23/hr
