Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Coordinator position in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable position and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Reviewing a high volume of incoming invoices
-Researching and resolving discrepancies
-Providing excellent customer service to vendors
-Following up on payment statuses
-Getting required approvals for payments
-Running reports
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar position
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field preferred
-Previous experience with accounting software such as SAP, Sage, Great Plains, etc.
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-The ability to handle a high-volume workload

Compensation:
-Hourly pay rate of $24.00
-LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
