Accounts Payable Lead!

This candidate should have experience in handling full cycle accounts payable in a manufacturing environment with strong technical skills, three-way matching, and month end reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Match and process invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our ERP system
  • Research and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Support payment processing via check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card
  • Provide general administrative support as needed


Qualifications:

  • 3+ year of accounts payable experience
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
