Our client is a mid-sized corporation that is in search of someone to manage their Accounts Payable team. Qualified candidates will have prior accounts payable management experience as well as an ability to multi-task well, supervise staff and communicate well with all levels of employee and company vendors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, 401k with match. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, this position is in the office 5 days a week.

 

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager position include:

· Manage a team of 3, establishing KPI’s to track progress

· Work closely with the Controller of the corporation

· Handle full cycle accounts payable processing and reporting

· Assess and improve upon processes to maximize efficiency

· Use Excel to proactively build month end reports

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 7 or more years of accounts payable experience, 2 years of management required

· Industry experience that includes high volume distribution and/or manufacturing

· Technical skills inclusive of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) and solid Excel skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work well across multiple departments
