Cardinal Newman High School is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for performing all aspects of the daily accounting tasks for the Finance Office. Primary responsibilities include student billing, cash receipts processing, accounts payable processing and other finance-related duties.
Desired qualifications and experience are
- Two+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience working in ERP systems, Blackbaud a big plus
- Organization, neatness, accuracy, attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Demonstrated performance in dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Compensation includes competitive salary, 90%+medical plan paid, three weeks vacation to start, generous employer-funded retirement after one year.
