Accounts Payable Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes who values accuracy, urgency, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable functions, including billing, invoice processing, and data entry Classify, assemble, analyze, and prepare reports from financial data Assist with payroll-related billing and centralized business operations as needed Track departmental issues and support remediation efforts Assist the supervisor and team with administrative tasks and special projects Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement Help maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) Deliver superior internal and external customer service while maintaining a high level of confidentiality Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional Accounts Payable or accounting environment Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills High level of energy, attention to detail, and demonstrated self-directed work ethic Preferred Experience Experience in a centralized billing or shared services environment Strong overall computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This is an excellent opportunity for an AP professional looking to grow within a collaborative, detail-driven finance organization.
