Learn more about the Jaipur Rugs Foundation here: Overview The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end accounts payable processing for domestic and international vendors. This role supports inventory payables, SG&A payables, processes employee expenses, manages employee credit card activity, while ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. Collaborate with leadership to obtain necessary vendor invoice approvals. Daily processing of accounts payable items, including SG&A invoices, inventory‑including landed cost invoices, and employee expense reimbursements. Managing weekly payment runs which includes issuing ACH payments, international wires, checks, and making payments online. Approving and processing employee expense reports and entering the expenses into the ERP system. Managing the employee credit card process from expense entry through bill payment using Expensify. Partner with offshore team members to resolve issues with international vendor invoices. Maintain vendor aging and support month‑end close activities related to accounts payable. Partner with supply chain to resolve purchase order variances and inventory related issues. Skills & Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered. 3+ years of accounts payable experience. Experience with domestic and international payables, ideally in an inventory driven environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) or Microsoft NAV preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Collaborative team player.
