Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role is critical to maintaining smooth financial operations and supporting compliance.

Position Overview:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role is critical to maintaining smooth financial operations and supporting compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform 3-way match (invoice, purchase order, receiving report).
- Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end close and provide audit documentation.
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
