Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently Match purchase orders with invoices, verify coding and obtain proper approval for payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies on time Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payments Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills #INMAY2025
