What You’ll Do

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.  We offer paid, on-the-job training to prepare you for success and career progression opportunities. The Accounts Payable specialist will be responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, reconciliation, vendor communication, and ensuring payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

 

  • Ensure bills are paid timely and accurately while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Process team member expense reports
  • Record auto payments deducted from our bank account
  • Pay building rent monthly
  • Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation
  • Reconcile purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
  • May pay property and income taxes
  • May split and bill shared expenses
  • Complete and submit credit applications to set up accounts with new vendors
  • Create profiles for new vendors
  • Communicate daily with the Parts department for all price/inventory corrections

 


What You Bring

  • A High School diploma or GED with (1) year accounts payable experience or (2) years administrative experience
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Skilled at organizing work and shifting focus as priorities change
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and strong computer skills.
