We’re seeking an experienced Account Payable to manage financial operations for a diverse portfolio that includes real estate investments, property management & development projects, This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and system integrity across multiple entities

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable processing (high‑volume invoices)
• Real estate and property accounting knowledge
• Vendor management and payment controls
• Invoice coding (GL, property, cost center)
• Month‑end close support
• Lease and CAM expense familiarity
• Reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
• Strong attention to detail
• ERP systems (Netsuite, Yardi)
